Enterprise Account Manager

This role focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Enterprise Account Manager will be responsible for understanding client needs, proposing tailored solutions, and effectively managing accounts to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute account strategies to achieve sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.
Understand client business needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
Manage and resolve client issues effectively.

Requirements/Qualifications

4 to 8 years of experience in account management or sales.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Strong relationship-building skills.
Ability to understand client needs and propose effective solutions.
Experience in a technology or related industry is preferred.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
