Staff Software Engineer

This role involves leading and contributing to the design, development, and implementation of high-quality software solutions. As a Staff Software Engineer, you will be responsible for tackling complex technical challenges, mentoring junior engineers, and ensuring the scalability and reliability of our systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop robust, scalable, and maintainable software.
Lead technical projects and initiatives from conception to deployment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and growth.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to technical roadmaps.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
10 to 15 years of experience in software development.
Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C++).
Experience with software design patterns and architectural principles.
Experience with cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
