Sr. Technical Lead - Enterprise Apps

This role involves leading a team of developers in the design, development, and implementation of enterprise application solutions. The Technical Lead will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality software that meets business requirements and adheres to industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of software developers.
Design and develop robust, scalable, and maintainable enterprise applications.
Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, and deployment.

Requirements/Qualifications:

7 to 12 years of experience in software development.
Strong experience in enterprise application development.
Proven leadership and mentoring skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with Agile development methodologies.
Proficiency in relevant programming languages and technologies.
