Regional Sales Manager

This role is responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals to achieve regional sales targets and expand market presence. The Regional Sales Manager will develop and implement sales strategies, build strong client relationships, and ensure exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute regional sales plans to achieve company goals.
Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing coaching and performance feedback.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies.
Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales management, preferably in a similar industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
