Automotive Machining Operator

This role involves operating and maintaining machining equipment to produce precision automotive components. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of machining processes, quality control, and safety procedures, contributing to the efficient and accurate manufacturing of parts that meet stringent industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Operating and setting up various machining equipment, such as CNC machines and manual lathes.
Interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate part production.
Performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery to minimize downtime.
Inspecting finished parts using measuring instruments to verify conformance to quality standards.
Adhering to safety protocols and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Proven experience as a machining operator in an automotive or related manufacturing setting.
Proficiency in operating and programming CNC machines (preferred).
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
Strong understanding of machining processes, including milling, turning, and grinding.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
