Senior Consultant - Package Implementation

This role involves providing expert consulting services related to package implementation projects. The Senior Consultant will be responsible for guiding clients through the implementation process, ensuring successful adoption and maximizing the value of the chosen package.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage package implementation projects from initiation to completion.
Gather and analyze client requirements to design and implement effective solutions.
Configure and customize packages to meet specific client needs.
Provide training and support to client users.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration.
Identify and mitigate project risks.
Document implementation processes and best practices.

Requirements/Qualifications:

5 to 10 years of experience in package implementation.
Strong understanding of business processes and IT systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to lead and manage projects.
Experience with package configuration and customization.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
