Tendering Specialist - Substation Automation & Protection

This role involves managing and executing tendering activities related to substation automation and protection projects. The Tendering Specialist will be responsible for preparing comprehensive tender documents, evaluating bids, and ensuring compliance with project requirements. This position requires a strong understanding of substation automation technologies and a proven ability to manage the tendering process effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and submit tender documents in response to client requests.
Analyze technical specifications and requirements to develop competitive bids.
Evaluate vendor proposals and conduct technical and commercial assessments.
Negotiate contract terms and conditions with vendors and clients.
Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.
Manage the tendering process from initiation to contract award.
Maintain accurate records of all tender activities.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
2 to 5 years of experience in tendering or procurement within the power sector.
Strong understanding of substation automation and protection systems.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
