Project Manager - Commercial

This role involves overseeing and managing commercial construction projects from inception to completion. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects while adhering to budget, schedule, and quality standards. This position requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Coordinate and supervise project teams, including contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.
Monitor project progress and identify potential risks and issues.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers.
Manage project documentation and reporting.
Procure materials and equipment.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Significant experience in project management, preferably in commercial construction.
Strong understanding of construction processes and techniques.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in project management software.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
