AI-ML Engineer Lead

This role focuses on leading and contributing to the development of cutting-edge artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, leadership qualities, and a passion for leveraging AI/ML to solve complex business challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead a team of AI/ML engineers in the design, development, and implementation of AI/ML models and algorithms.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Design and implement scalable and robust AI/ML pipelines.
Evaluate and select appropriate AI/ML techniques and tools for specific problems.
Ensure the quality and performance of AI/ML models through rigorous testing and validation.
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML and recommend innovative solutions.

Requirements/Qualifications:

5 to 10 years of experience in AI/ML engineering.
Strong programming skills in Python or similar languages.
Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
Proficiency in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
