HR Recruiter - Blue Collar Hiring

This role focuses on sourcing, screening, and onboarding skilled blue-collar talent to support operational needs. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for blue-collar positions.
Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide feedback to candidates.
Extend job offers and manage the onboarding process.
Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities.

Requirements/Qualifications

1 to 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably with a focus on blue-collar roles.
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
