FP&A Analyst

This role supports the financial planning and analysis function, providing critical insights and analysis to drive business decisions. The FP&A Analyst will be responsible for assisting in the development of budgets, forecasts, and financial models, as well as analyzing variances and identifying opportunities for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting and budgeting processes.
Analyze financial data and identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
Support the development of business cases for new initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights.
Prepare presentations and reports for management.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
1 to 2 years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial modeling tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
