Staff Nurse - Wards, MICU, OT, OPD, ER

This role offers a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to provide high-quality patient care across various departments within a healthcare setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing patient needs, administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess patient health status and develop individualized care plans.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns.
Provide wound care and other nursing procedures.
Assist physicians with examinations and procedures.
Educate patients and their families on health conditions and treatment plans.
Maintain accurate and complete patient records.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
Adhere to hospital policies and procedures.
Maintain a clean and safe patient environment.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Registered Nurse (RN) license or equivalent.
1 to 3 years of experience in a nursing role.
Experience in wards, MICU, OT, OPD, or ER settings preferred.
Strong assessment and clinical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care.
Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.
