UI Lead

This role focuses on leading the design and development of user interfaces for innovative software solutions. The UI Lead will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience across various platforms, collaborating closely with development and product teams to deliver high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the UI design process from concept to implementation.
Develop and maintain UI style guides and design systems.
Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define product requirements.
Conduct user research and usability testing to improve the user experience.
Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
Mentor and guide junior UI designers.

Requirements/Qualifications:

5 to 8 years of experience in UI design.
Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
Experience with responsive design and mobile-first development.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
