SAP SuccessFactors Lead

This role involves leading and managing SAP SuccessFactors implementations and support, ensuring alignment with business needs and delivering high-quality solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding project teams, collaborating with stakeholders, and driving continuous improvement within the SuccessFactors landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects from initiation to completion.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Configure and customize SAP SuccessFactors modules to meet specific business needs.
Provide technical guidance and support to project teams.
Develop and maintain documentation related to SAP SuccessFactors configurations and processes.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP SuccessFactors functionality.
Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP SuccessFactors updates and best practices.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Extensive experience with SAP SuccessFactors implementation and support.
Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Compensation, and Learning.
Experience with SAP SuccessFactors configuration and customization.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Experience with project management methodologies.
