HR Executive and Generalist

This role offers a fantastic opportunity to join a growing organization as an HR Executive and Generalist. The position will be responsible for a wide range of HR functions, supporting the company's overall business objectives and ensuring a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.
Assist with recruitment efforts, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
Administer employee benefits programs.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
Support performance management processes.
Address employee relations issues and ensure compliance with labor laws.
Contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives.

Requirements/Qualifications

10 to 13 years of experience in Human Resources.
Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience with HRIS systems.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
