SME Manager

This role involves managing and supporting a team of specialists, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions and driving continuous improvement within the organization. Key Responsibilities:

Provide guidance and mentorship to team members.

Requirements/Qualifications:

CA/CMA Qualified
1 to 6 years of experience in a relevant field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Experience with process improvement methodologies.
