Cross Technology Managed Services Engineer L2

This role focuses on providing technical support and expertise in a managed services environment, ensuring the smooth operation and optimal performance of various technology systems. The engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting, resolving incidents, and implementing solutions to meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure and applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
Implement and maintain security protocols and best practices.
Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support.
Document technical solutions and procedures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality services.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
4 to 7 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure concepts.
Experience with various operating systems and applications.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
