Facility Manager - Civil

This role involves overseeing and managing the operational aspects of facilities, ensuring a safe, functional, and comfortable environment for occupants. The Facility Manager will be responsible for coordinating maintenance, repairs, and improvements to building systems and infrastructure, while adhering to budget and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing and coordinating maintenance and repair activities.
Overseeing building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
Developing and managing facility budgets.
