Manager - Security - Physical Security

This role focuses on ensuring the safety and security of assets and personnel within a dynamic environment. The Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive security protocols and procedures, proactively addressing potential risks and maintaining a secure operational landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement security policies and procedures.
Manage and supervise security personnel.
Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability analyses.
Oversee physical security systems, including surveillance and access control.
Respond to security incidents and emergencies.
Ensure compliance with relevant security regulations and standards.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Proven experience in security management, preferably in a similar industry.
Strong knowledge of security protocols, technologies, and best practices.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Experience with physical security systems (CCTV, access control).
Ability to work effectively under pressure and make sound decisions.
