Structural BIM Modeller

This role focuses on utilizing Building Information Modeling (BIM) techniques to support the design and delivery of structural engineering projects. The Structural BIM Modeller will be responsible for creating and managing BIM models, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project standards, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve project goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain BIM models for structural engineering projects.
Ensure BIM models comply with project requirements and industry standards.
Collaborate with structural engineers, architects, and other stakeholders.
Perform clash detection and resolve model conflicts.
Assist in the preparation of construction documents and drawings.
Participate in BIM coordination meetings.
Maintain and update BIM libraries and templates.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Experience in structural BIM modeling.
Proficiency in BIM software (e.g., Revit, Civil 3D).
Strong understanding of structural engineering principles.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented and organized.
