Sr. Associate Clinical Supply Chain NAMP Planner Buyer

This role supports the clinical supply chain by ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of investigational products to clinical trials. The position involves planning, coordinating, and executing activities related to the procurement, storage, and distribution of materials, while adhering to regulatory guidelines and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and manage the supply of materials for clinical trials.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including clinical operations, manufacturing, and quality assurance.
Monitor inventory levels and proactively address potential shortages or overages.
Manage purchase requests and track orders.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standard operating procedures.
Participate in the development and improvement of supply chain processes.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Supply Chain Management, Biology, Chemistry).
5 to 10 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
Strong understanding of clinical trial processes and regulations.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
