Sr. Technical Recruiter

This role focuses on identifying, attracting, and securing top technical talent to support our growing organization. The Technical Recruiter will partner closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective sourcing strategies to build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer.
Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
Proactively source candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and networking.
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and technical teams.
Manage candidate communication and provide regular updates throughout the recruitment process.
Ensure a positive candidate experience.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or similar role.
Strong understanding of technical recruitment best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
