Senior Relationship Manager - CAT Loyalty

This role focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with clients within the CAT Loyalty program. The Senior Relationship Manager will be responsible for understanding client needs, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring exceptional service to drive loyalty and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategies to enhance client relationships within the CAT Loyalty program.
Identify and address client concerns and proactively resolve issues.
Provide personalized financial advice and guidance to clients.
