Quality Engineer

This role focuses on ensuring the quality and reliability of products and processes within the real estate and finishing sector. The Quality Engineer will be responsible for implementing and maintaining quality control systems, identifying areas for improvement, and collaborating with various teams to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement quality control procedures.
Conduct inspections and tests to ensure adherence to quality standards.
Identify and analyze root causes of defects and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with engineering, production, and other teams to improve product quality.
Maintain accurate records of quality control activities.
Participate in audits and inspections.

Requirements/Qualifications

Experience in quality engineering within the real estate or construction industry.
Strong understanding of quality control principles and methodologies.
Proficiency in RCC (Reinforced Concrete Construction) practices.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with quality management systems.
