IT Recruiter

We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Recruiter to join our growing team. This role will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and securing top IT talent to support our clients' needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the IT landscape and a proven track record of successful recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate skills and experience.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Manage the offer process and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
Build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

Requirements/Qualifications

Proven experience as an IT Recruiter.
Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
