Key Responsibilities

Source and recruit tutors through various channels.
Screen and evaluate tutor applications and qualifications.
Manage the onboarding process for new tutors.
Maintain regular communication with tutors to ensure satisfaction and engagement.
Collaborate with internal teams to align tutor needs with program requirements.

Requirements/Qualifications

0-4 years of experience in recruitment, sales, or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A passion for education and supporting tutors.
