Global Business Process Analyst

This role focuses on analyzing and improving business processes within a global commercial environment. The ideal candidate will work to identify areas for optimization, implement solutions, and ensure alignment with overall business strategy. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across different departments and locations.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
Develop and implement process improvement solutions, leveraging best practices and industry standards.
Document processes, workflows, and procedures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure process alignment and adoption.
Monitor process performance and identify opportunities for ongoing optimization.
Support the implementation of new technologies and systems to enhance business processes.
Provide training and support to users on new processes and systems.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
3 to 6 years of experience in business process analysis or a similar role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in process mapping and documentation tools.
Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
