Senior HR Transformation Successfactors

This role focuses on driving and implementing HR transformation initiatives, leveraging SuccessFactors to optimize HR processes and enhance employee experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices and experience in configuring and implementing SuccessFactors modules to meet evolving business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SuccessFactors modules.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
Manage projects related to HR system upgrades and enhancements.
Provide training and support to HR users on SuccessFactors functionality.
Ensure data integrity and security within the SuccessFactors system.
Identify opportunities to improve HR processes through automation and system optimization.

Requirements/Qualifications:

8 to 12 years of experience in HR technology, with a focus on SuccessFactors.
Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
Experience in configuring and implementing SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Compensation).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
