Workday Consultant

This role focuses on implementing, configuring, and supporting Workday solutions for our clients. The Workday Consultant will work closely with stakeholders to understand their business needs and translate them into effective Workday configurations, ensuring alignment with best practices and delivering a seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Configure and customize Workday modules to meet client requirements.
Participate in the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment.
Develop and execute test plans to ensure system functionality and data integrity.
Provide ongoing support and maintenance of Workday systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and implement enhancements.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Experience with Workday configuration and implementation.
Strong understanding of Workday business processes.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
