Sr. Manager - Interior Projects (Villas)

This role involves overseeing and managing interior design and project execution for villa projects. The Senior Manager will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while adhering to client specifications and design concepts.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate interior design projects from concept to completion.
Oversee project teams, including designers, contractors, and vendors.
Develop and manage project budgets and schedules.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety regulations.
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
Source materials and negotiate with suppliers.
Review and approve design plans and specifications.
Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise.
Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Minimum 15-20 years of experience in interior design and project management.
Proven track record of successfully managing villa projects.
Strong knowledge of interior design principles, materials, and construction techniques.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in project management software.
