ServiceNow ITOM

This role focuses on implementing and managing ServiceNow's IT Operations Management (ITOM) suite. The successful candidate will be responsible for configuring, customizing, and supporting ITOM modules to optimize IT service delivery and automation.

Key Responsibilities:

Configure and customize ServiceNow ITOM modules (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, etc.).
Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other IT systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve ITOM-related issues.
Participate in the design and implementation of ITOM solutions.
Create and maintain documentation for ITOM processes and configurations.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Experience with ServiceNow platform.
Strong understanding of ITOM concepts and processes.
Experience with ServiceNow scripting languages (JavaScript, GlideScript).
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
