DevOps Support Engineer

This role focuses on providing robust support and maintenance for DevOps infrastructure and pipelines. The DevOps Support Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the stability, performance, and security of our systems, working closely with development and operations teams to streamline processes and resolve issues.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and troubleshoot DevOps infrastructure and applications.
Implement and maintain automation tools and scripts.
Manage and optimize cloud environments.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth deployments.
Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support.
Implement and maintain security best practices.
Document processes and procedures.

Requirements/Qualifications

6 to 11 years of experience in a DevOps or related role.
Strong understanding of DevOps principles and practices.
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash).
Experience with configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Chef, Puppet).
Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
