Human Resource Executive

This role is focused on supporting the human resources function within a dynamic and growing organization. The Human Resource Executive will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes and contributing to a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
Assist with recruitment efforts, including screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy.
Support performance management processes.
Address employee inquiries and resolve issues.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
3 to 7 years of experience in a Human Resource role.
Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
