Risk Compliance Manager

This role focuses on ensuring the organization's adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies related to risk and compliance. The Risk Compliance Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring compliance programs, identifying potential risks, and providing guidance to stakeholders to mitigate those risks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain risk and compliance policies and procedures.
Conduct risk assessments and identify areas of potential vulnerability.
Monitor compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
Investigate and resolve compliance issues.
Provide training and guidance to employees on risk and compliance matters.
Prepare reports on risk and compliance activities for management.
Stay abreast of changes in regulations and industry best practices.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Experience in risk and compliance management, preferably within a BPO environment.
Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance principles.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Experience with compliance software and tools is a plus.
