Sr. Lead Digital Design

This role is focused on leading the design efforts for digital products and experiences. The ideal candidate will be a creative and experienced designer with a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and a proven ability to lead and mentor a team.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of digital designers.
Develop and maintain design systems and style guides.
Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for digital products.
Conduct user research and usability testing.
Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define and implement design solutions.
Ensure designs are consistent with brand guidelines and user experience best practices.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Significant experience in digital design.
Proven leadership and mentoring skills.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
