CAD Civil Trainer/Mentor

This role involves providing training and mentorship to individuals in CAD and civil engineering disciplines. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of CAD software and civil engineering principles, coupled with excellent communication and teaching skills. They will be responsible for guiding trainees, ensuring they develop practical skills and a solid foundation in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver engaging training programs on CAD software and civil engineering concepts.
Provide one-on-one mentorship and guidance to trainees.
Assess trainee progress and provide constructive feedback.
Create training materials, including presentations, exercises, and assessments.
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in CAD and civil engineering.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Strong understanding of CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D).
Solid foundation in civil engineering principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely.
Experience in training or mentoring is a plus.
