Head Quality Assurance

This role is responsible for leading and managing the quality assurance function, ensuring the delivery of high-quality products and services. The Head of Quality Assurance will develop and implement quality assurance strategies, oversee testing processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement quality assurance strategies and processes.
Lead and mentor a team of quality assurance professionals.
Oversee all testing activities, including functional, regression, and performance testing.
Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve defects.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices.
Define and track key quality metrics.
Participate in the design and review of new products and features.
Automate testing processes where possible.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Extensive experience in quality assurance, with a focus on leadership roles.
Strong understanding of software development methodologies.
Experience with various testing tools and techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead and motivate a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with Agile development environments.
