IT Operations Technology Leader

This role is focused on leading and managing the IT operations function, ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of critical systems and infrastructure. The Technology Leader will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, implementing best practices, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to support the organization's business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of IT operations professionals.
Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure and systems.
Develop and implement IT operational policies, procedures, and standards.
Monitor system performance and proactively identify and resolve issues.
Manage and optimize IT resources to ensure cost-effectiveness.
Ensure the security and integrity of IT systems and data.
Collaborate with other departments to align IT operations with business needs.
Participate in IT strategic planning and contribute to the development of IT roadmaps.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Extensive experience (15-20 years) in IT operations and technology leadership roles.
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud technologies.
Proven ability to manage and lead IT teams.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with IT service management (ITSM) frameworks.
Knowledge of security best practices and compliance requirements.
