Assistant Vice President - Inclusion Consulting

This role focuses on driving diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within an organization. The Assistant Vice President will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to foster a more inclusive workplace, ensuring equitable opportunities for all employees, and promoting a culture of belonging.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Lead and facilitate DE&I training programs for employees at all levels.
Conduct assessments to identify areas for improvement in DE&I practices.
Partner with HR and other departments to integrate DE&I into all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
Monitor and analyze DE&I metrics to track progress and identify trends.
Provide guidance and support to employee resource groups (ERGs).
Stay abreast of best practices and emerging trends in DE&I.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Significant experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion consulting or a related field.
Strong understanding of DE&I principles and practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Proven ability to develop and implement successful DE&I initiatives.
Experience working with diverse populations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
