Team Manager - Global Security Operations Centre (GSOC)

This role involves leading and managing a team within a Global Security Operations Centre, ensuring the proactive monitoring, detection, and response to security incidents. The Team Manager will be responsible for the team's performance, adherence to security protocols, and continuous improvement of operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of security operations analysts.
Oversee the monitoring of security systems and alerts.
Manage incident response activities, including investigation and remediation.
Develop and maintain security documentation and procedures.
Collaborate with other teams to address security vulnerabilities.
Ensure adherence to security policies and best practices.

Requirements/Qualifications:

5 to 8 years of experience in security operations or a related field.
Proven experience in leading and managing security teams.
Strong understanding of security principles, technologies, and practices.
Experience with security information and event management (SIEM) systems.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure.
