Sr. Merchandiser Knits (Male/Female)

This role involves overseeing the merchandising of knitwear products, ensuring alignment with market trends and customer preferences. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing product selection, pricing, and presentation to maximize sales and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing the entire merchandising process for knitwear.
Analyzing market trends and customer behavior to identify opportunities.
Selecting and sourcing appropriate knitwear products.
Developing and implementing merchandising strategies.
Monitoring sales performance and making adjustments as needed.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g., design, production, marketing).
Ensuring product presentation is visually appealing and consistent with brand guidelines.
Negotiating with suppliers to secure favorable pricing and terms.

Requirements/Qualifications:

6-8 years of experience in merchandising, preferably in the knitwear industry.
Strong understanding of retail operations and merchandising principles.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of inventory management systems.
