Business Analyst

This role focuses on supporting data and content generation initiatives within a pharmaceutical research and development environment. The Business Analyst will work closely with various teams to analyze requirements, document processes, and ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather and document business requirements related to data and content generation.
Analyze existing processes and identify areas for improvement.
Develop and maintain process documentation, including workflows and user stories.
Facilitate communication between technical and business stakeholders.
Support the implementation of new systems and processes.
Conduct user acceptance testing and ensure quality.

Requirements/Qualifications:

1 to 3 years of experience in a Business Analyst role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with data analysis and reporting.
Familiarity with software development methodologies.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
