Business Manager - New Car Loans

This role involves managing and expanding the new car loan portfolio, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving business targets. The Business Manager will be responsible for building relationships with dealerships, monitoring loan performance, and implementing strategies to drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Developing and executing strategies to increase new car loan sales.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with car dealerships.
Monitoring loan portfolio performance and identifying areas for improvement.
Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
Providing excellent customer service and resolving customer inquiries.
Analyzing market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
Managing and mentoring a team of loan officers (if applicable).

Requirements/Qualifications:

7 to 12 years of experience in financial services, preferably in loan origination or sales.
Strong understanding of loan products and processes.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to build and maintain relationships.
Analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
