Senior Release Environment Manager

This role is focused on ensuring the stability, performance, and security of our release environments. The Senior Release Environment Manager will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of robust and scalable environments that support the software development lifecycle, enabling efficient and reliable deployments.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain release environments across various platforms.
Develop and implement release automation strategies.
Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure smooth deployments.
Troubleshoot and resolve environment-related issues.
Implement and enforce environment security best practices.
Monitor environment performance and identify areas for improvement.
Participate in the design and planning of new environments.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Extensive experience in release management and environment engineering.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies.
Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash).
Experience with configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Chef, Puppet).
Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
