Google Apigee and Other Google Services

This role focuses on supporting and enhancing Google's Apigee platform and other related Google services. The position involves working within a dynamic team to ensure the smooth operation, scalability, and security of these critical systems, contributing to the delivery of high-quality solutions for Google's clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain Apigee API proxies and related configurations.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to API performance and availability.
Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with relevant standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new API solutions.
Monitor system performance and identify areas for optimization.
Automate tasks and processes to improve efficiency.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Experience with Apigee or other API management platforms.
Strong understanding of API design principles and best practices.
Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript).
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Google Cloud Platform, AWS, Azure).
Knowledge of security protocols and authentication mechanisms.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
