Accounts Head

This role involves overseeing all accounting operations and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records. The Accounts Head will be responsible for managing a team, implementing accounting policies and procedures, and providing financial insights to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee all accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting.
Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Supervise and mentor accounting staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
Conduct internal audits and identify areas for improvement in financial processes.
Manage relationships with external auditors and tax advisors.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
Proven experience as an Accounts Head or similar role.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage and motivate a team.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
