Lead Modeler

This role involves leading the development and implementation of sophisticated models to support creative projects. The Lead Modeler will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and scalability of these models, collaborating closely with artists and technical directors to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and maintenance of modeling tools and pipelines.
Collaborate with artists and technical directors to understand their needs and provide technical solutions.
Optimize existing models for performance and efficiency.
Troubleshoot and resolve modeling-related issues.
Mentor and guide junior modelers.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Significant experience in 3D modeling and related technologies.
Strong understanding of modeling principles and techniques.
Proficiency in relevant software packages.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
