Software Engineering Manager - Backend DevOps

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Software Engineering Manager to lead our backend and DevOps teams. This role will be responsible for guiding the development and maintenance of our core platform, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, excellent leadership skills, and a proven ability to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of backend and DevOps engineers.
Design, develop, and implement scalable and reliable backend systems.
Oversee the deployment and maintenance of applications in a cloud environment.
Collaborate with product managers and other stakeholders to define and prioritize features.
Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Drive continuous improvement in development processes and tooling.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.

Requirements/Qualifications:

8 to 13 years of experience in software engineering.
Strong experience in backend development with languages such as Python, Java, or Go.
Experience with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD).
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
