Team Lead - International BPO - Technical Support

This role involves leading a team of technical support professionals within an international Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) environment. The Team Lead will be responsible for ensuring the team delivers exceptional customer service and technical assistance while adhering to quality standards and performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and mentor a team of technical support agents.
Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback.
Handle escalated customer issues and resolve complex technical problems.
Ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and quality guidelines.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve cross-functional issues.
Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions.

Requirements/Qualifications:

5 to 10 years of experience in technical support or a related field.
Proven leadership experience with a track record of motivating and developing teams.
Strong technical troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Experience with BPO operations is a plus.
Proficiency in relevant technical tools and software.
