Senior Telecaller

This role involves engaging with potential clients and providing exceptional customer service through telephone communication. The Senior Telecaller will be responsible for building rapport, understanding customer needs, and effectively presenting solutions to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Handling inbound and outbound calls to engage with potential and existing customers.
Identifying and qualifying leads through effective questioning and active listening.
Providing accurate information about products and services.
Resolving customer inquiries and addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
Maintaining detailed records of interactions and sales activities.
Collaborating with team members to achieve sales targets.
Following up with leads and prospects to nurture relationships.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Proven experience in a telecalling or customer service role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
Experience in sales or lead generation is a plus.
